Grade rnd date home team away team; ldca:nrcl 1st grade: 2: 24 oct 20. 8 consecutive odca/boidc 1st grade premiers 2002-2010 16 time bonnor cup champions. Casino is the only other team to win a total of six premierships since the competition started in 1994-1995. Cudgen were competition leaders in the second half of this season and had not been defeated since November 30.

The Central Cavaliers is a part of the Area Performance Programme run by Kent Cricket.
Central Cavaliers area is covers Maidstone, Medway and Swale.
We currently run 5 age groups, U10s, U11s, U12s, U13s, U14s and U18s.
We also have a U13s Girls age group, however this is in a developmental stage and we more focused on getting more girls playing the game of cricket rather than focusing on Performance.

The laid back carnival like atmosphere was infectious and took the cricket world by storm, a kind of poetic prowess graced the West Indian Cavaliers as they dominated the prestigious game. It was this unique maelstrom of creative passion and dedicated skill which lay the foundations for what would follow.
From their humble community beginnings the West Indian Cavaliers were faithful to their heritage. In 1994 they set up their official youth coaching programmes, the goal of this programme was find those diamonds in rough, untapped potential of young individuals who had more to offer than there disadvantaged lives would suggest. This programme began to produce and nurture exceptional cricketers and offer real opportunities to the young community.
As such the stars were born. Bilal shafayat exploded onto the scene and was just such an example as to why the clubs mantra was so important. Helping and moulding younger disadvantaged individuals, and crafting them into greats of the timeless game.Casino Cavaliers Cricket Club Championship
Bilal was a first team player as young as 12 years old and was playing for England Internationals under 19’s as captain at 17. Later famously as England’s 12th man seen standing up to Aussie Coach Ricky Ponting, unprecedented in history help see the turning point in English cricket against our age old nemesis. Bilal is now heading up our Academy this year 2018 ready produce more historic English figures of cricket.
Carrington is the newer club but by no means less important, established in the 2000’s by Clinton Mike, it was to be the community hub to really focus on the raw talent of the up and coming youth. Primarily honed at giving the best opportunities to youth teams and having an historic past as Hyson Greens Boys Cricket Club, Carrington was set. Known admirably locally as the Police Headquarters grounds, The Carrington Oval already had a deep connection to its community and was primed for what was to come.
Now spring forward to today and these clubs like searching souls have found one another and created a club with shared passion, values and a community spirit like no other in the cricket community. The Cavaliers and Carrington Cricket Club is born.
To prepare for the great things to come not only is the DNA of nurturing the youthful talent of our communities still rich in its mission, but now with the added resources and direction. Cavaliers and Carrington can offer the next level of commitment, with a dedicated academy, unprecedented facilities, local business support and much more. Our youth will not only become some of the best talent we can produce but with a responsible, mature and professional attitude making them ready to take on the world!
We thank you all for our support over the years but now more than ever we need to step up our game and go as far as we know possible. Please come support us on our journey to the future!!
